Enoki mushrooms are a long-stemmed fungus that resembles a smaller and thinner seafood mushroom.  These mushrooms are mild, savory, and textured and is edible both raw and cooked. Enoki mushrooms become silky and amazingly tender when cooked fully and satisfyingly crunchy and textured when cooked minimally.
